Infinity Fine Jewelry offers free UPS 2nd Day Air® shipping for all items shipped to United States addresses. Signature is required for delivery of all items. Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. Check the product details page once you've configured your jewelry to determine the Estimated Shipping Date. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, your jewelry will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air® for free. Expedited shipping options are available for all items at checkout. See below for details.

In-Stock Items:
Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and ship within one (1) to six (6) business days.

Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air® (U.S. addresses) or UPS International Economy (international addresses 2-5 days) at no cost to you.
Expedited delivery is available by choosing UPS Next Day Air® for an additional charge for U.S. orders. NOTE: processing your order may still take up to two (2) business days before your order ships.

Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the UPS tracking number will be sent to you.
Note: While UPS may be selected as the shipping method, in certain cases, we may use UPS without prior notification.

Made-to-Order Items:
Most of our items are Made-to-Order and take approximately three (3) weeks to create and then ship to you.

You will be provided an ESTIMATED Shipping Date. To find the Estimated Shipping Date, check the product page, shopping bag, checkout page, and your order receipt email. Most orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date, while some orders may ship shortly after, depending on manufacturing times and quality control.

Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air® (U.S. addresses) or UPS International Economy (international addresses 2-5 days) at no cost to you.
Expedited delivery is available by choosing UPS Next Day Air® for an additional charge for U.S. orders. NOTE: processing your order will still take up to three (3) weeks before your order ships.

Electing UPS Next Day Air® will not affect the time that it takes to create and process your jewelry order.

Shipping Policies:
We require a signature for the delivery of all orders.

We will ship only to a physical home address or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to redirect the package to an alternate address for any reason.

UPS will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Infinity Fine Jewelry. We will contact you to determine next steps.

Risk of loss and title of the item pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.

International Orders & Shipments:

Infinity Fine Jewelry is thrilled to announce that we now ship to the following countries using FedEx: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates.

Local Language and Currency:
To ensure our customers receive the best possible experience when shopping with us, our content is translated into local languages, and all pricing is converted into local currencies. To change the country, language, and currency, select the country from the flag icon in the upper right corner of our website.

All pricing on our international websites is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We are committed to keeping prices low for everyone. For all international orders, we pay the duties at no cost to you, and shipping is always FREE. We even offer FREE returns for 30 days.

For Canada, applicable sales tax for each province will be added during checkout.

For all other international countries, the price displayed includes the applicable taxes.
